1、Open the sealed sample and place it in a constant temperature chamber for 48 hours;

    2、Turn on the main power supply and sub-power supply;

    3、Turn on the blower and adjust it to around 48HZ (according to the gas pressure in the pipeline of 33 ± 6Pa);

    4、Turn on the CO suction pump; Simultaneously turn on the refrigeration mechanism for cooling:

    5、Open the test program CFR1633;

    6、Input customer information and enter the testing interface;

    7、Test the ignition device; Adjust the contact between the test stand and the test sample:

    8、Open the propane gas valve, then turn on the POWER button and turn on the GAS button of the ignition device again;

    9、Adjust Side (BLACKBALL to 124mm), TOP (BLACKBALL to 109mm);

    10、Ignite flames separately at the outlets of the ignition device, observe the sizes of the flames, and adjust the flames on the ignition device until the ignition device is properly adjusted; (Note: ignition must be carried out when the gas is turned on, and the dwell time cannot be too long);

    11、Turn on the ignition device and approach the test sample (mattress) after ignition is completed (Note: keep the tin foil flat);

    12、Start testing:

    (1) Open the DV camera (Note: DV must record all images of the sample);

    (2) Open the computer testing program;

    (3) Turn on the ignition test program START button and press the stopwatch at the same time.

    13、Observe the ignition time SIDE (50S) and TOP (70S) on ignition assist device 1; After the ignition time is completed, turn off the GAS button, pull out the ignition device, turn off POWER, turn off the TEST testing button, and finally close the gas valve;

    14、Observing on a computer:

    (1) The peak rate of heat release did not exceed 200KW at any time within the first 30 minutes;

    (2) The total heat release within the first 10 minutes shall not exceed 15MJ;

    If these two requirements are met, the sample is considered to have passed the standard requirements; otherwise, it is not considered as passing.

    15、 Print the TEST REPORT and sign the CONNECT BY;

    16、After the test is completed, turn on the fan to quickly dissipate the heat and smoke in the test room;

    17、Sample cleaning after completing the test.
