Product description:
The raw material for Pre-oxidized Fiber Nonwoven Fabric is polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber which is made from the polyacrylonitrile fiber by high-temperature treatment at 250-2800℃. This nonwoven is a kind of thermal insulation material that combines silica aerogel into the pre-oxidized fiber through a special process.
With high flame resistance, more than 45% of limit oxygen index, excellent thermal stability, not melting or forming melting droplets and softening to shrinkage during pre-oxidized fibers combusting, Pre-oxidized Fiber Nonwoven Fabric has become quasi non-combustible product. It has good heat insulation and corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, radiation resistance; suitable textile processing performance, and some advantages such as light and soft fabric, good water absorption, easy to cut and install. It is also a known heat insulation material with a relatively low-thermal conductivity whose insulating performance is 3-5 times that of traditional materials.
Pre-oxidized Fiber Nonwoven Fabric, the thickness of which is 1.5-15mm, is an ideal external protective layer for people or objects that need to be far away from the heat source; and it is very easy to wrap around objects with uneven surfaces. Pre-oxidized Fiber Felt can work at a high temperature of 300 degrees for a long time without aging and shrinking, and not burning even at 1000 degrees.
