     The fiber-nets of Corn Fiber Nonwoven Fabric, whose main raw materials are mixed by corn fibers, an appropriate amount of imported polyester hollow fibers and low-melting-point fibers, are formed by fibers carding and laying, while low-melting-point fibers making the fiber layers adhered and mixed through heating oven.

    With many good characteristic of Corn fibers, such as gentle and smooth texture, high strength, biodegradability, moisture absorption and breathability, hydrophilicity, natural anti-bacterial and a weak acidity useful for the skin, the products processed with Corn Fibers all have a silky luster, comfortable skin feel, good drape, good heat resistance and UV resistance, as well as good wearing performance.
