This series of Irregular Die-cut Batting is made of high-quality polyester staple fiber (PET), produced through a series of refined processes including fiber feeding, mixing, opening, carding, forming,  die-cutting and stamping. They combine excellent cushioning & protection, flame resistance, heat insulation, sound absorption and antibacterial properties.

Irregular Die-cut Battings are mainly used as lining and filling materials for jewelry boxes, watch boxes, tray and lid boxes, gift boxes and other packaging applications. They can also be precisely processed into custom die-cut parts for electronic cigarettes. Meanwhile, they can be applied to sound absorption, sound insulation, heat insulation and thermal retention in electronic components, audio systems, automobiles, air conditioners and other equipment.
